What you will be doing:
- Undertake all aspects of professional building surveying work (including Dilapidations, Landlord and Tenant Matters, Contract Administration / Project Management, TDD, Condition Surveys, Specific Defect Analysis, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, PPM’s, Party Wall work and Principal Designer roles)
- Establish & maintain client relationships, and be supported in progressing your own business development skills
- Lead & develop detailed briefs in conjunction with colleagues, and carry out design and specification work and preparing tender information
- Administering building contracts/project management
- Liaise with Clients, Contractors & other Consultants
- Assist with wider business roles including finances, recruitment, mentoring and team leadership as you and the company develop
Our office is very near London Bridge and the majority of our work falls within the M25 (though operate nationally, including instructions in Scotland and Ireland). Our work streams are very varied including dilapidations, project work, development, professional work and industry-leading MEES advisory.
