Our practice was founded as a RICS-regulated firm of Chartered Building Surveyors in 2019 but now offers the critical additional element of in-house level 5 EPC Assessment and associated specialist MEES Regulations Consultancy advice, with the two disciplines employed in tandem on the majority of instructions.
